Tariffs for busses/trams as of July 2014:

• 1-hour ticket: EUR 2.10 (1 zone)
• 24-hour ticket: EUR 4.80 (1 zone)
• 10-zone ticket: EUR 19.60 (1 strip = 1 zone, 1 hour)
• 3-day ticket: EUR 11.80 (1 zone)*
• 1-week ticket: EUR 13.40 (1 zone)

(The entire city is 1 zone (zone 101), which also includes Graz Airport by bus or S-Bahn trains) 

One-hour and 24-hour tickets are available at the bus drivers or at the ticket vending machines in trams; 10-zone and 1-week tickets can be purchased at advance-sale sites (tobacconist's shops, 'Trafik'). All tickets are valid for the respective time period starting at the time of cancellation at ticket validation machines in busses and trams.
*3-day tickets also entitle to reduced entries to Universalmueum Joanneum, Stadtmuseum Graz, open-top bus sightseeing tour, Old Town tour and tram museum.
