The conference language for the entire scientific programme is English.

Only the General Assembly for APHAR Members will be held in German.

I n f o r m a t i o n   f o r   p r e s e n t a t i n g   a u t h o r s : All presentations shall be given in English.

Short oral presentations:
The presentation should be 10 minutes, followed by 5 min discussion. The lecture room is equipped for presentations with PowerPoint (PC format). Speakers should upload their presentation to the computer in the lecture hall using a USB stick. It is not recommended to try to connect a personal laptop.

Poster presentations:
Posters shall be mounted on the first day prior to the start of the program and should be left on display for both days of the meeting. Presenting authors are requested to attend their posters during the designated poster tour session.
Poster dimensions: width: 84 cm, height: 119 cm (A0 portrait format).

T r a v e l   g r a n t s :

The Austrian Pharmacological Society (APHAR) offers a limited number of travel grants (200 €) for students who are presenting author of an abstract at the meeting. The grants will be awarded to students affiliated to pharmacological or related departments (except Linz). Grants can only be collected in person. The student registration fee still applies, therefore please register online (see Registration).

Grant applicants also must submit an abstract as presenting author for the APHAR Symposium (see abstract submission page). Applications are only considered complete when the accompanying abstract has been received by the organisers and the presenting author has registered for participation in the meeting (see registration page).

D F P / C M E   c r e d i t s : CME/CPD credits will available from the Austrian Medical Association. Further information will be provided here as soon as we have the confirmation about the accredited number of credits.
