NEW: Registration and payment of the registration fees will be online! Online registration is open! For registration, check which registration fees applies to you and press the "Make Payment" button. Payments are to be made online via usual credit or debit cards, or electronic money transfer. Note that APHAR does not receive any details of your bank account, PayPal identifiers, or credit card details (except last 4 digits). All payments are are handled by the registered financial services provider Stripe. Registration fees: Early (until 15.08.2025) Late (from 16.08.2025) Members The member rate is applicable to members of APHAR (except honorary or student members) or (NEW) members of other pharmacological societies which are members of either EACPT or EPHAR (members of other societies are requested to provide proof of membership).   60 €     70 €   Students The student rate is applicable to PhD students (whether members of APHAR or not) who are working on a pharmacological project. Registered students must present the form for confirmation of student status at the meeting desk. (→ confirmation form)   30 €     40 €   Non-members This rate is applicable to all other participants (except Honorary members and invited plenary speakers).   110 €   120 €   Honorary members and invited plenary lecturers Participation is free of charge for APHAR Honorary Members and invited plenary/keynote lecturers. —   —   Registration fees include participation at the scientific program, refreshments during the meeting, and the social program. Cancellation policy: In accordance with the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Sales Act (FAGG), the payments for registration fees will be refunded in full provided that cancellations are made within two weeks after registration (and provided that this is made prior to the start of the meeting). Cancellations of registrations outside the legal 2-week period are possible until 31 August 2025; in this case, the payment will be refunded minus an administrative fee of 10 €. Later applications for refunds cannot be accepted. Application for membership: The annual fees for membership in APHAR currently are 40 € for regular members and 20 € for retired and student members.
