The Austrian Pharmacological Society (APHAR) offers a limited number of travel grants for students who are presenting author of an abstract at the meeting. The grants (200 €) will be awarded to students affiliated to pharmacological or related departments (except Krems). Grants can only be collected in person. The student registration fee still applies, therefore please register online (see above).

Download the grant application form, fill in the required information and send the form as scanned PDF copy by e-mail. Forms must be signed by the applicant and the project director or head of department.

Grant applicants also must submit an abstract as presenting author for the APHAR Symposium. Applications are considered complete only when the accompanying abstract has been received by the organisers.

D F P / C M E   c r e d i t s : The meeting will be accredited by the Austrian Medical Association for CME/DFP credits.

Medical doctors (members of the Austrian Medical Association) who want to collect these points are asked to sign the daily DFP activity attendance list and quote your ÖÄK ID number (you need to sign the list on both days to get the full number of credits). The DFP/CME credits (number based on your attendance) will be entered into your DFP accounts by the APHAR office after the meeting.

Medical doctors who are not members of the Austrian Medical Association but require a DFP/CME confirmation are asked to sign the same list and provide their e-mail address so that the APHAR office can send a confirmation about the appropriate amount of DFP/CME activity to you after the meeting.
